If you or the recipient are not completely satisfied with our product, please
call us for a prompt replacement or refund. Keeping you satisfied is our top
priority!
- If for any
reason you need to cancel/change your order before it
ships please notify us immediately. Once the order has
shipped and not yet been delivered you will only be charged
for shipping and the merchandise will be credited.
- In the event
of a damaged parcel, you must contact us within a 3 day
period of the receipt of shipment to request a Return
Authorization Number for Credits, exchanges, or refunds
will not be issued without the proper Authorization Number.
